Saala Bullish is a web-based trading journal application. Every plan — Free, Pro Quarterly, Pro Yearly, and Founder Lifetime — grants access to the software itself, not a physical item, disc, device, or printed material of any kind.
"Delivery" for Saala Bullish means account access. Once your payment is successfully processed via Razorpay, your account is upgraded automatically and immediately. You can sign in and start using your new plan right away — there is no waiting period, no dispatch, and no tracking number, because nothing physical ever moves.
In rare cases, a payment may succeed but your account may not upgrade immediately due to a processing delay. If this happens, email support@saalabullish.com with your payment ID, and we'll verify and activate your plan manually — usually within 24-48 hours.
